Comrade Julius Abure, the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), has strongly condemned the government led by President Bola Tinubu, stating that Nigeria is regressing in various sectors under the current administration. Abure called for action from opposition parties and the Nigerian masses to confront what he described as poor governance.

Expressing dissatisfaction with the state of the country, Abure highlighted challenges such as insecurity, economic decline, and political issues affecting innocent citizens. He criticized the government’s failure to address security challenges, infrastructure development, and economic issues, describing the APC government led by Tinubu as a failure.

Abure emphasized that effective governance is not just about winning elections but about transforming lives and improving the welfare of the people. He lamented that despite having the resources to build a great nation, the current government is taking Nigeria backward.

He stated, “Nigerians are begging for food. Is it not a shame that Ukraine, which is at war, is sending us grains and all that?” Abure called for unity among Nigerians to remove what he referred to as an oligarchy in power.

Abure’s comments reflect growing discontent with the current administration’s performance, particularly regarding security, infrastructure, and the economy. His call for action underscores the need for a collective effort to address the challenges facing the country and bring about positive change.
