Ondo Governor Aiyedatiwa Nominates Former Cabinet Members for Commissioner Positions
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has submitted a list of six nominees for commissioner positions to the Ondo State House of Assembly for approval. This move comes shortly after his indication of the possible return of some former cabinet members.
The nominees include Omowumi Isaac, Olukayode A. Ajulo, Razaq Obe, Emmanuel Igbassan, Akinwumi Sowore, and Oseni Oyeniyi. It is noteworthy that Messrs. Obe, Igbasan, Sowore, and Falana were all part of the previous State Executive Council (SEC) that was dissolved by Governor Aiyedatiwa on January 24th.
In addition to the commissioner nominees, Governor Aiyedatiwa has also announced the appointment of three special advisers: Olugbenga Omole (Information & Strategy), Olamide Falana (Gender Affairs), and Alabi Johnson (Energy).
