Boko Haram terrorists attacked Mafa village in the Tarmuwa Local Government Area of Yobe State early Monday, resulting in a significant loss of life. Reports indicate that around 100 residents were killed in the attack.Sources revealed that 86 bodies have already been recovered and taken to hospitals, with efforts continuing to locate additional victims. The community is planning a mass burial in Damaturu, the state capital, to honor those who have died. Efforts to contact the Command’s spokesman, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, for a response have been unsuccessful as of the time of the report.
