Arrested protesters at Adeniji-Adele Police Station are being beaten and tortured – Dele Farotimi | GOVERNMEND
Mr. Farotimi, a lawyer and human rights activist has called out the government and the Nigeria Police Force to stop the the maltreatment of lawful protesters abducted at the Lekki tollgate for exercising their constitutional right.
“Where there’s an injustice, there must be a resistance. The government cannot stop the oppressed from protesting until an ideal state is actualized” were words of a protester, as he was dragged into a police van.
