It started just like every other protest day. Let’s not forget, the week started peacefully with youths letting out their voices to end police brutality. Peaceful protesters living on the Island in Lagos gathered at their rendezvous, which was the infamous Lekki Tollgate to continue till the oppressors heed to the simple request of a total end to police brutality. At exactly 4pm, the Lagos State government declared curfew; a means to gag the peaceful protesters, but the protesters remained resolute, they stood firm at the protest ground.Another plan was initiated to dislodge the peaceful protesters, bill boards’ light and CCTV were disconnected to keep the protesters in the dark and to foster their sinistrous bid to maim law abiding citizens of Nigeria. At exactly 6:30pm this day, 3months agi, the Nigerian Army opened fire on peaceful End Sars protesters, leaving uncertain number of people dead and many hospitalised. The Aftermath left Nigerians in so much agony as no one took responsibility of this evil act, till this minute. The Nigerian Army denied their involvement at first, but later agreed after many footages of their presence that night, they accepted and said they acted on the order of the state Governor, the Governor in return tweeted on his page that everyone knows the State Governor is not in control of the Nigerian Army.Today marks three months after the massacre was perpetrated. And we still don’t know who ordered the Nigerian Army to kill peaceful End Sars protesters. We have not forgotten! And the big question remains: WHO ORDERED THE SHOOTING?
